Delete your CasaRosa account

You can permanently delete your CasaRosa account and all the personal data we have stored about you (saved orders, addresses, profile information). Submitting this form starts the deletion process — we will confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your customer account and login credentials
• Saved shipping addresses
• Profile information (name, phone)
• Wishlist and recently viewed history (these are stored on your device — they're cleared when you sign out of the app)
• Push notification subscription tied to your account

What we keep (for legal / accounting reasons)

• Order records required for tax and accounting compliance under Moroccan law (anonymized — no longer linked to you personally) — typically retained for 10 years
• Anonymized aggregate analytics (we cannot trace these back to you)
